Our history and founder
Castor Group Inc. was founded in 2024 by Pascal Toupin-Selinger. With over a decade of experience in working and managing real estate development projects across Canada, Mr. Toupin-Selinger founded Castor Group Inc. to continue his passion for developing and constructing multi-family and mixed-use development projects. Mr. Toupin-Selinger is a staunch urbanist and draws from over three decades of urban planning and construction experience.
Having helped major firms expand into markets across Canada and construct thousands of homes for Canadians, Mr. Toupin-Selinger decided to branch out on his own and applying his lessons and experience to help investors and non-profits develop and build multi-family and mixed-use developments from concept to completion and through to lease-up and stabilization.
